All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after your wood creation is completed. This doesn’t include Holidays or Weekends. We package and ship orders Monday – Friday. Please note the delivery option you select needs to include 1-5 day(s) for your item(s) to be handmade from cutting, sanding and/or staining and with a clear finish and also our packaging time.
USPS Standard Delivery: 2 – 7 business days shipping + 1 – 5 processing days
USPS Standard Flat Rate: $5.99 (to all U.S. States)
USPS Priority Delivery: 1 – 3 business days shipping + 1 – 5 processing days
USPS Priority Flat Rate: $9.75 (to all U.S. States)

All wood pieces are Made to Order because of this all purchases are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. Unique situations may occur and, in that case please contact us for the final decision.
